Erin Bales, OD, provides primary eye care for all age groups at both the Crossroads District and Kansas City North locations including diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease, fitting of contact lenses, and co-management of refractive and cataract surgery.
Dr. Bales earned her Doctorate of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. She completed her training at The Eye Center and multiple inner-city community health clinics in Memphis, TN, along with Moyes Eye Center and Insight Eyecare Specialties in Kansas City. Current affiliations include the American Optometric Association and Missouri Optometric Association.
Dr. Bales grew up in the Kansas City area and received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rockhurst University. In her free time, Dr. Bales enjoys being active, traveling, and exploring new places with her husband, Brent, and their two dogs.
